As a former PTL goaltender, Lauren has become a staple in the girls hockey community with her proven track record as a coach, program coordinator, and as a director at both the scholastic and travel levels in the tri-state area for almost 20 years. She also has a background in graphic design/marketing which she uses to showcase and elevate her teams and programs on and off the ice. Lauren has been instrumental in getting hundreds of girls started in hockey as well as helping players advance to the collegiate and even professional level.

In addition to her hockey experience, Meghan has her Master’s in Applied Educational Psychology and brings over 15 years of expertise as a college counselor at independent schools. While working with the general student body, she has guided numerous student-athletes who went on to compete in Division I and III athletics. A New Hampshire native, she currently serves as the Regional Director of Girls Hockey for Black Bear Sports Group—in addition to her roles with PTL.

A Michigan native, Tim began his coaching career in Tampa, Florida and has been working to grow the sport in Central New Jersey for the past several years. He is the founder of Hard Edge Hockey, a program that focuses on developing players through clinics, camps, skills sessions, and tournament teams.

  • Was a starting defenseman for Rider University’s D-II club team, after transferring from Niagara University
  • Played varsity hockey for Pennsbury High School, earning Flyers Cup MVP and Bucks County Winter Sports Athlete of the Year in 2000

John ("Coach Z") has 30+ years of playing and coaching experience, having started playing at the age of 3 and coaching while in high school. A Pennsylvania native, he founded Ztending to create a community of goaltenders that Live. Love. Learn Hockey. Coach Z provides skills coaching to both goaltenders and skaters at Ztending Headquarters and throughout the U.S.

Brie brings over 25 years of playing and coaching experience to PTL. Since 2004, she has been a key part of Ztending, overseeing operations and creating a welcoming environment for all members. As a licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Performance Specialist, Brie leads strength and performance rehab programming.

She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University (2017) and works at Capital Health Medical Center in Hopewell, NJ. Brie also earned a Bachelor’s in Sport Management from Neumann University (2005) and a Master’s in Business Administration from Holy Family University (2011).
